Thursday Sewing

Abby decided she would like a jacket like Mallory's, so she picked out some black & white prints for her jacket. I started it yesterday, but I've been suffering with severe headaches so I didn't get it finished until today. I also made a coordinating Bo-Peep skirt from Anna Maria Horner's Seams to Me. She says she "Feels like a lady" wearing it :) It will be fun to see them all dressed up in their new jackets on Sunday.

About those headaches, I'm starting to seriously seek some answers. They've been just menstrual migraines for the last 3-4 months, but this month I've had daily headaches. Advil and Tylenol don't even phase them. I have light & noise sensitivity, nausea, and feel like I'm motion-sick part of every day. I'm trying some decongestants and allergy medicine to see if maybe it's a sinus headache...nothing completely takes them away, though. I also have some rx migraine meds, but I'm reluctant to take them and really want to find the trigger and eliminate the cause. After doing some research, I'm going to try to do a headache diary and eat a more healthy diet. Hopefully I can get some relief and if not, I'll be finding a local doctor. Need to get in for my annual exam, but I keep hoping some pounds will melt off before then :) Anyway, I could use your prayers for relief from these headaches.
