Yes, I do have a son...

I was reminded by my dear MIL that I do have a son who is rarely mentioned here...He is very much a part of my life, but I don't create things for Drew like I do the girls, so he doesn't come up here very often. It seems this blog has become mostly about my creations. Crafting is my outlet and my private thing to enjoy while no one is asking for snack or where their jacket or shoe is...

Drew is now almost 8 years old and his daddy's favorite helper. Drew loves his dog, Lucy, who is now 8 months old. He is very responsible and takes care of the chickens and helps Dad feed the cows daily. Drew cares very much about what his father thinks and is a people-pleaser, much like his dog! He is a bit of a social-misfit (like me) but a very loyal friend. His favorite sport is football and he's actually hoping we don't move so he can keep playing Pop Warner! Drew has quickly become a big boy. He still wants to sit on my lap and read, but he's 50" tall and nearly 90 lbs, so doensn't fit well anymore. His feet are huge...size 7 mens now! I love my firstborn and smile every time he calls me "Hot Mama"...thanks to his dad for teaching him this :)
