Sumpter Railroad Pictures

On Saturday the 19th, Abby's class took a field trip to the Sumpter Valley Railroad. The whole family went and had a good time. We rode the steam engine about 5 miles back to the town of Sumpter. After eating our sack lunches, we explored the Sumpter Dredge and the kids learned to pan for gold. It was a great day-trip and we'd like to go back for a weekend camping trip in the area.
