Woo Hoo!

We had great news Monday night...an offer was coming in on our home! We got the call at 8 pm with the details and after a mostly sleepless night, we accepted the offer on Tuesday. Between viewing a home to possibly trade, contemplating then accepting the offer and driving 30 minutes to fax documents twice we were worn out! The offer looks solid, so we are planning to close on our home on August 20th. The trade home is not going to work, so we made an offer on 14 acres of bare land. We gave them until Monday to accept or counter-offer and have yet to hear. On the way home today, we stopped at Fuqua Home Center in Bend to get more details about the whole land/home purchase process. We love the home we have picked and have so many options to decide on!
