Day 17 - DC to Chesapeake VA, Fredericksburg and Chancellorville

After a good breakfast at the motel, we drove to the Fredericksburg and Chancellorsville battle sites in VA.  They had nice visitors centers.  The stone wall where "Stonewall" Jackson was wounded is at Fredericksburg.

From those battle sites, we continued south to Chesapeake, VA where my aunt and uncle live.  The traffic was very busy driving today and we sat or crawled along for 2 1/2 hrs longer than expected.  We finally arrived just before 7 pm and Aunt Jerri had dinner ready.  We are looking forward to some R&R for the next week here in VA.
