Last night Dad & Mom came over to install our new kitchen countertop. I've been wanting the Wilsonart HD Laminate top for the past 3 years, but since nothing was wrong with the old top, we put it off. Dad ordered it for us just before we took the job in JD, and it's finally in! It looks fantastic! Andy added a tile backsplash in a lighter color, so it blends well with my walls and brings out the light tones in the laminate. The HD laminate has a light texture to it and looks like natural stone. We added a beveled front edge and with Dad's expert installing it turned out perfect! Hope the next owners like it as much as we do :) After Andy finishes the tile grout, we have a little touch up painting to do.
